The ideal candidate must have the ability utilize sheers, saws, manual punches, bead rollers, belt sander, air grinder, tubing bender, milling machine, torches, lathes, drills, and brakes.

The candidate should be able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines within a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate should have the ability to provide ongoing support to engineering and race teams to ensure timely delivery of suspension and related components. The successful individual must be able to communicate well and work closely with team peers.
