As an IndyCar Performance Engineer (PE), you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing car and driver performance by working directly with the Race Engineer (RE) to analyze data, apply engineering fundamentals, and make critical, on-the-spot decisions. You'll take charge of fuel calculations and play an integral role in crafting winning race strategies. Beyond race day, you’ll lead R&D projects tailored to your expertise, making a real impact on our team’s competitive edge.
MECHANIC – WEC – SHOP BASED
Basic Function: Team member is directly responsible for the preparation and build of race cars in house. Including car performance, safety, reliability, and technical inspection compliance. This will be a non-traveling position.
