It is preferred that the candidate will have value added experience with:
- Minimum Level 2/3 Diploma in Light Vehicle maintenance and/or Electric/Hybrid Vehicle System repair and replacement
- Prototype build activity
- Vehicle production experience
- Build concern reporting
- Quality measurement systems, could include Faro arm usage
- Working to pre set time schedules
- Process and product maturation
- Collaborating and Working in small teams
- Have value added experience in the field of production vehicle manufacturing
